Apple teases new products for 28 October launch event

Apple’s Greg Joswiak has given a hint
that new products are coming next week, sharing a social media post that read:
“Can’t wait to pro and tell next week.”
Rumours point to Apple unveiling a new
MacBook Pro with an OLED touchscreen, an entry-level M6 MacBook Pro, an M6
iMac, and an iPad mini with an OLED display.
The new devices are expected to be
announced on Wednesday, 28 October. Media have been invited to an in-person
“experience” in Los Angeles, California, starting at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time,
so press releases for the products could land at that time. As was the case
with the HomeView, HomePod and Apple TV, this is not expected to be a standard
event—but media will get hands-on time with the Macs and the iPad mini and will
be able to share their first impressions.
